Matthew McCarter is Elite Collegiate Planning’s Chief Operating Officer in addition to leading the Property and Casualty team at Paradigm Insurance Agency. Matt brings his extensive knowledge and expertise in life insurance and financial services to families seeking financial solutions for funding college education.

A lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, Matt is proud of his 25+ years of industry experience. He has always focused on providing clients with clear and understandable resources on finding the right insurance coverage and financial tactics for whatever their ultimate goal might be. Protecting clients in their everyday lives as well as preparing them to withstand unexpected future events has always been Matt’s driving force.

Matt attended Rider University on a full athletic scholarship and graduated with a degree in Finance & Management. He then went on to earn the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation from American College of Financial Services. He began his career as a Sales Producer and worked his way up to partner of a financial firm.

During his career Matt has achieved the highest honors for both sales and customer service. Matt’s pursuit of success allowed him to open his own insurance agency in 2000.

Matt resides with his family in West Chester, PA, and is proud of the academic and athletic accomplishments of both of his children.
